Returns and Refund Policy

Mini Firefighter wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and have set out our returns policy to assist you in the event that you may need to return a product purchased online through our store.

We recommend you immediately inspect any products that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the products, including that the products are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Our Returns and Refund Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant laws.

RETURNS POLICY

At Mini Firefighter we are solely committed to make our customers completely satisfied. We strive to facilitate you with the best shopping experience from when you first discover our store to purchasing the item you want and having it delivered direct to your door.

How Do You Return Items To Us?

Should you need to return your Mini Firefighter purchase it must be within 7 days and please follow one of the following options. If anything is not clear please contact our friendly Customer Care team:

Refunds/Exchange if your Product is Faulty:

We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty. Under the Australian Consumer Law you are fully entitled to have your product replaced or refunded.

We can arrange this for you so please contact us with your Order Number and Date which is shown on your email order confirmation like this:

Wrong Product Delivered:

If you have ordered something online and received the wrong product, we apologise and will organise to send you the correct item as soon as we can and will also uplift what was wrongly delivered.

Product Damaged during Delivery:

If you believe your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or wrapping in which the product came as Courier Post will need to inspect it.
